The highly trained and experienced joiners, wood-carvers and professional artist-restorers are ready for the most sophisticated and challenging projects.

The wide range of products include organ cases and swell boxes, as well as rail elements, trusses, fixed or portable pulpits, ornamenting and holding elements and other joinery products.

 

2. Consoles

 

Many requirements are taken into consideration when building a console to satisfy and suit the artist's requirements.

The response of the keys, the intensity of the sound of the keys, the adequate connection to the mechanic tracker, the simulation of the implosion of the valve in case of an electric tracker, an easy to use stop jamb, a harmonious coexistence of mechanics and electronics are merely a few.

Custom built consoles can be ordered with either mechanic, electronic or with a hybrid setting to the tracker, a keydesk or a separate design in compliance with BDO standard or a particular demand.

 

3. Key Action

 

Key action components are built with meticulous care to the tiniest details.

They are produced by hand, using carefully chosen materials, are durable, reliable and interchangeable.

The high level of expertise and technology used in the process allows for custom ordered components.

 

4. Stop Action

 

In the production of stop action components traditional technologies are combined with modern ones.

The self-learning electronics innovation which allows the draw magnet to adapt to changes in a wide interval that requires varying draw strength even while in use, is unique. Custom building of full mechanic draw-stop actions made of metal or wood is available.

 

5. Soundboard

 

The soundboards are constructed from solid wood or industrial wood, using an extremely precise 21st century CNC technology.

They can be of a basic or custom design.

-a fully complete, built-in soundboard with all accessories

-properly air tight upper boards

-air-tight face boards with required stabilization

Building of soundboards with different systems, non-slider or alternative slider ones, cone-valve chests and reconstruction with traditional bindings and design are also available.

 

6. Wind System

 

A proper wind supply is essential for a well functioning instrument not to mention its role in sound and quality. Individual parts can be purchased as well as ordering a custom built full wind system with a blower box, loose binding, canals, bellows and rails.

 

7. Wooden, Flue and Reed Pipes

 

The following technology is used in the manufacturing of the pipes: the walls are tied together with nufteder, the complete inner surface of the pipe is glued.

The front of the blocks are precisely polished.

The caps are tied with a ball-pen screw, the ears are glued. The short feet come with a regulating valve, in a pipe rack with a 200 mm lead nib.

The tuning slides come with a screw and get a pre-straining with a spring.

Felt and deer skin is used to seal the stoppers.

The surface of the wooden pipes are delicately polished.

 

The following changes could be made upon request:

 

-the choices of wood can be: Borov pine, oak, cherry or smoked pear, etc.

-if needed, waterproof glue can be used

-the caps can be made with a paper or leather pillow, their setting can be glued

-the ears can be screwed

-the front boards can get a mouth lining

-the feet can be long, without a valve or lead

-the caps, feet, stopper handles and turning tongues can be produced based on a sample or an individual criterion

-the surface of the pipes can be smooth, oiled or polished

 

Pre-voicing the pipes is also available (as precise as 0.01mm) in different angles, with or without nicking.

For the reeds, wooden block or wooden boots are available.

Along the modern pipes, historic wooden pipes with blocks, are also available.

Metal pipes and components are also available such as: zinc pipes with tin content, polished facade pipes, hammered sheets, trimmed sheets, reeds according to German and French custom, simple cylindrical shallots or conical ones with different toppings.

The materials could be brass, red copper, tin, lead or wood.

 

 

8. Continuo and Chamber Organs

 

The ready-made instruments can be ordered in different designs made of various woods, best suited for the place and the particular style, even with pre-voiced feature. Special requests are welcomed, from a small home instrument to a concert organ.
